I&#039;ve been in New Zealand, picking avocados and I absolutely love them :) Now I&#039;m in the middle of a sugar detox challenge and avocados are THE perfect snack. Every time we (my husband and me) crave for sweet stuff, we have a small avocado snack. Probably the greatest change until now in our challenge (from http://timreviews.com/21daysugardetox) is the increased energy level.
