[Day 1] Introduction to the FitOber Fest 30 day challenge

  1. Christine M says:

I decided to take this challenge to better myself! I want to achieve a healthier overall lifestyle!

  2. Jenn says:

Love the idea of this program as a tool to keep me accountable to the life I want to lead, the body I want back and the routine back in place!

  3. Janet says:

I joined this challenge group for some guidance and motivation to help through my struggles of getting fit. Most of my adult life I have fluctuated between 4 sizes. Up, down, up, down. My biggest challenge has been changing my eating habits. When I am eating healthy, i’m not exercising and when i’m consistantly exercising I’m eating poor. I need to learn how to do both at the same time while enjoying what I’m eating!!

  4. Michele Rudolph says:

I decided to take this challenge to keep me going. I don’t want to fall behind or get in a rut. I want to keep moving forward and this will help me challenge myself to do just that.

  5. Kim says:

LOVE IT!! I’m looking forward to the next 30 days.

  6. Kim says:

@jenn that’s exactly why I started this program. When you have to check in with someone it helps you to make smarter choices.

  7. Kim says:

@janet I forward to helping you to find balance. I know it’s hard, but some of tip and techniques might help.

  8. Kim says:

@michele — It’s so easy to get in a rut on 2 fronts doing the routine over and over again or once you get out of the habit of exercising not to do it any more. I hope to be able to help you bust through!!!

  9. Andrea says:

I started this challenge to change things up! I feel stuck and I thought this would help me break free and get me back on the path that I want to be on!

  10. Shari says:

Excited to start this Kim! I didn’t sample my kids breakfast or lunch! Looking forward to the guidance and motivation!

  11. Kim says:

    @Andrea — Yes… let’s get unstuck!!!

  12. Kim says:

@Shari — awesome!!! I know that’s hard I saw Captain Crunch Crunch berries in the grocery store the other day and I was like how bad could they be. So.. tempted haven’t had them since high school.
