I'm so happy you mentioned (in your No Fail Resolution Tips) the importance of eating every three hours. So many people actually hurt their metabolisms and put on weight when they stave themselves, thinking they're exercising their willpower. My trick for hunger, which happens a LOT, especially when I'm in the car, is to keep a few apples, some raisins in the glove box and usually some carrot sticks in my purse. For me, the less simple carbs like bread or crackers, the better. People are surprised when they're exercising and eating right to see just how fast they get hungry, which is good if you eat right and eat often!

No I don't know of any that do that, but that's a great idea. I wish I was a web developer I'd make it right now. The best I can suggest is that you set up your phone to remind you.

Thanks for your feedback. I journal everyday. At first it was a little annoying, but now I rely on it to keep me on track.
