In order to change we must be sick and tired of being sick and tired.- Author unknown

So if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, the time is now to make a change.

What change am I making’  I am getting ready for my show in Las Vegas, which is 15 days and 12 hours away, but who’s counting.  I am going into a full on show diet mode, amping up my cardio and dialing in my food.
