					<description><![CDATA[Workouts-check, food prep -check, sticking to the food plan is where I have more opportunity for success.  I&#039;m about 70/30.  Weighed in on Sunday down 3lbs.  I will not repeat my cookie binge from Sunday night!  Stick with the program FINN!  Kim, I would love to chat about more support on the nutrition side.  I&#039;m sick of feeling like I have to pull out my contest diet when i need to drop some lbs, then it makes me feel too restricted and BAM!  I&#039;m heading sugar till I want to throw up....I need to be more consistent!]]></description>
