Workouts-check, food prep -check, sticking to the food plan is where I have more opportunity for success. I’m about 70/30. Weighed in on Sunday down 3lbs. I will not repeat my cookie binge from Sunday night! Stick with the program FINN! Kim, I would love to chat about more support on the nutrition side. I’m sick of feeling like I have to pull out my contest diet when i need to drop some lbs, then it makes me feel too restricted and BAM! I’m heading sugar till I want to throw up….I need to be more consistent!
I must say that I was off to a slow start but keeping up with these daily challenges had gotten me back to where I need to be. I am not stopping now in fear that I will fall back into my old habits. We both know how that is with me 😉
@jenn Nice down 3lbs. Good work!!! Contest prep diets are really restrictive. I’ll shoot you an email to set up a time to talk about an ongoing nutrition program. Sugar is hard!!!
@michele — keep up the good work!!!
