					<description><![CDATA[I feel that I got my groove. Although one of my issues is being hard on myself. I tend to beat myself up which has a negative  on things. These are the things that I need to work on.  What I got out of this challenge is that you need to self improve in order to succeed at weight-loss. Something that I was probably told time and time again but never connected the dots until now. I&#039;m making it a point to get my sleep from 7 - 8 hours nightly, Eating within a half an hour of waking and if that is disrupted not letting it affect the rest of my day as I have in the past, learning to maintain my stress levels outside of work and taking baby steps.]]></description>
