Today is our last big run before the race. We will be running 6.2 miles. The humidity is suppose to break or it will be a long, hot sweaty run. If you are in Boston and want to tag along meet us on the river. BTW have I told you that the race doesn’t allow headphones so we have been training without our ipods. I thought it would be hard, but not so much. You really get into a nice rhythm listening to your footsteps and your breathing its kind of meditative.

I randomly stumbled across your blog and saw that you are running falmouth this weekend – good luck! This is my 4th year running the race and i’ve used my ipod every time (along with alot of other people!) Figured i would pass the word along in case you feel like bringing it for a little extra motivation! (Not sure what i would do without mine!) Cheers!
Thank you for the tip. Part me is looking for the challenge of doing it without music. With all my workouts I have music so it should be interesting. I hear the weather is going to be nice running weather. Good luck to you as well.
