If you see yourself looking in the mirror and loving what you see, walking down the beach without covering up anything!! See yourself going to the gym getting in your workouts, prepping your food and just owning living a healthy life! As you keep visualizing, the urge to reach that position increases within you, and it will automatically boost your self-confidence.
2. Put yourself in your role model’s position
Are you looking to create a healthy lifestyle that you don’t want to cheat on” Who right now is living the life that you want’ How do they they go about life’ Have they found the “green” zone that place where they just know how and what to do’ How does she go about planning her workouts’ How does she react when she “falls” off the wagon’ These are some of the points to think about. Now put yourself in the position of your role model. Change your body language and techniques to match of that your role model. When you visualize yourself in a successful position, you are sure to build more confidence in yourself.
In short, visualizing is the technique of seeing the big picture and also putting yourself in the frame of the picture. Your brain doesn’t know the difference between reality or visualization. When you imagine yourself where you want to be, you will not only start working harder than ever to chase your dreams, with an increased belief in yourself.
