I’m moving in 30 days and my house is full-on chaos.
Boxes everywhere.
Contractors in and out.
Four rooms getting painted.
It looks like a Home Depot exploded in my living room.

My brain still tried to convince me I could run workout schedule as usual.
Old me would’ve sat down Sunday night like a woman on a mission.
“Okay… if I wake up earlier, move things around, if they come on time and everything goes perfectly…
I can still hit 5 workouts.”
I would’ve mapped it all out like a perfectly engineered schedule.
And when it didn’t work — because it never does —
I’d go to bed annoyed.
Frustrated.
Already planning how tomorrow was going to be different.
And not once did I think to change the plan.
Let that sink in.
Most people think they lack discipline.

No.

I look at my life and call it like it is.
My life is chaos right now.
So instead of pretending everything’s going to magically line up…

Not ideal.
Not aspirational.
Doable.

And guess what?
That version actually happens.
Because trying to force a perfect week in a messy life?
That’s how you end up quitting by Thursday.
That’s how you end up in the cycle of:
“I’ll start again Monday.”
“I’ll get it together next week.”
“I’ll be better when things calm down.”
And let’s be honest…
When has life ever truly calmed down?
Exactly.
The goal isn’t to build a plan that works when life is calm.
The goal is to build a plan that works when life is loud.
Busy.
Unpredictable.
A little chaotic.
Because that’s your real life.
